Position Summary:
On-Site (In-office): This position is based entirely on-site at 50 Business Way, Cincinnati Ohio 45241. Regular attendance during regular business hours is required to support daily operations of the corporate office.
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements for the position include the ability to frequently hear and communicate orally, see up close and at a distance, read and comprehend, stand, sit, walk, reach, handle, and/or feel objects. Must be able to climb, pull, push and kneel. Maximum unassisted lift = 50 lbs. Average lift 25-50 lbs.
TRAVEL:
15-20%, to local offices and an annual team offsite
Attendance to team events are encouraged but not required

Position Summary:
- Will serve as the office coordinator for the corporate office at Ortho Alliance.
- Serves as a visual representation of the company’s values and first impression for physicians, teammates and corporate office guests.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources (CHRO and Director level, Learning and Development Departments and Administration office (C-Suite).
- Backup to approve benefit changes such as medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, disability. Approve name and/or address changes.
- Complete all employment verifications within 1 business day and add to tracking list.
- Manage badges for the organization, including new hires.
- Coordinate with the operations and marketing team to include HR events, updates and announcements in the monthly newsletter
- Manage the AwardCo program and assist with monitoring and coordinating anniversary awards program and employee recognition program.
- Assist with company wide Employee Engagement programs, including OrthoWear. Additionally, planning and coordinating all Beacon employee recognition events; monthly birthday parties, place orders for leadership board meeting meals, finance committee meals, Cincinnati Reds opening day party, Bengals party, corporate holiday party, ice cream social and company picnic.
- Reviewing for accuracy and coding the benefit invoices, when assistance is needed by the benefits team
- Responsible for all Human Resource employee files, maintain filing, periodic review of files. Timely scan and upload all records into UKG
- Run reports- run reports for surveys, census, benefits, etc as needed. Manage the W-2 Exempt reporting
- Coordinate supply orders; office supplies for department, employee mailings, employee events.
- Update company intranet phone directory and distribution groups.
- Manage corporate cell phone program.
- Disseminate corporate discounts to employees when applicable
- All other duties as assigned.
- Maintains a polished, well-groomed and professional appearance in accordance with company standards and dress code.

- Must be High School graduate or GED.
