Overview:
Our Redeemer Lutheran Christian Day School is seeking a passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a strong background in education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with curriculum guidelines
- Prove a safe Christian learning environment for students
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to enhance their academic development
- Adherence to Board approved instruction curriculum, including Religion/Theology
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and growth
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education or related field
- Teaching certification/license preferred (or the ability to obtain one)
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active membership at a Lutheran or other Christian Church

Pay: $40,300.00 - $55,000.00 per year
