EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Non-Exempt
Overhill Farms is a leading custom manufacturer of high quality prepared frozen foods, serving customers in the branded retail, private label and foodservice sectors. We provide a one-stop solution that offers new product development or precise replication of existing recipes as well as product manufacturing and packaging. Our custom product lines includes poultry, meat and fish specialties, pastas, soups, sauces, certified organic and vegetarian offerings. These can be prepared as entrées, plated meals or bulk-packed meal components.

SUMMARY:
The warehouse associate provides operations support with regard to internal materials handling procedures. The functions are to include shipping, receiving, line loading and supply of materials to operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Observes all safety rules and regulations.
- Follows all established Good Manufacturing Practices, including maintaining an orderly and clean work area.
- Warehouse Support function:

- Be able to use scanner to maintain system updated.
- Able to work in negative 10 F temperatures.
- Able to lift 55 pounds.
- Is certified to operate stand up/sit down forklift and pallet jack, responsible for daily safety checks.
- Takes accurate year-end inventory and daily cycle count inventory; Year-end is Mandatory.
- Loads incoming truck(s)
- Updates inventory of all receipts into computer daily
