The Transportation Safety Manager is responsible for all driver files, compliance, testing, DOT, and safety communication to management.

We are seeking a Transportation Safety Manager to oversee safety, compliance, and regulatory programs for our motor coach charter operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and state regulations
Manage driver qualifications, hours of service, and drug & alcohol programs
Oversee safety training and onboarding
Monitor vehicle inspections, maintenance, and safety records
Investigate accidents and manage corrective actions
Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews
Qualifications:
Experience in transportation or fleet safety
Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations
Excellent organization and communication skills
Charter bus or motor coach experience is a plus
