Bob’s Backflow & Plumbing Services is seeking a qualified professional in the Jacksonville Area.
The Customer Service Representative position includes communicating with customers to provide information and resolve issues; and 20% general office assistance, which involves supporting service managers with tasks such as filing and sending proposals.
Hours: 8AM-5PM Compensation: $24-$26 DOE
Basic Duties
- Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Providing information about backflow services offered by the company.
- Scheduling appointments for backflow services and dispatching technicians to job sites
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are being met and resolving any issues that arise
- Recording customer information and details of service requests in the company's database
- Issuing invoices and collecting payments for services rendered
- Providing follow-up support and maintaining ongoing customer relationships
- Receiving service requests from customers and creating work orders for technicians
- Tracking the progress of service requests and updating customers on the status of their requests
- Maintaining accurate records of job assignments, work performed, and time spent on each job
- Monitoring and responding to emergency service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:

- Customer service experience
- Experience with Service Titan a plus!
- Drug-free and clean driving record
