We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep/Admin Clerk in KAPOLEI for the following job duties:

- Responsible for processing internal/external customer will-call orders and inquiries while engaging and providing excellent customer service in the Will-Call department. This position will also provide administrative support in other areas of the warehouse’s daily operations.
- Process will-call orders accurately and in a timely manner following Palama’s Picking and Order Selection SOP
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Maintain email correspondence with other departments.
- Maintain a general filing system.
- Respond to internal and external customer service and delivery inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Monitor visitor log and badges.
- Provide administrative support to the delivery manager and delivery department to include but not limited to data collection, organizing additional delivery routes, assisting delivery drivers with invoice adjustments over the phone, and maintaining correspondence with other departments regarding delivery truck departures.
- Provide administrative support to the receiving team to include but not limited to pre-printing receiving labels and directing delivery drivers.
- Inspect mail and postal deliveries for suspicious or threatening items.
- Coordinate delivery of mail and postal items to corresponding departments.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Receive inquires, process orders from the (Internet, Phone, Email and Fax) and resolve complaints from customers: investigate various sources of information and answer inquires in writing or by phone. Depending on the urgency: contact personnel in other departments when follow-up is necessary assuring that customer concerns are resolved quickly.
- Analyze incoming orders to ensure proper identification of products: correct order numbers, customer numbers, product counts, and number of cases ordered: special instructions on orders pertaining to shipping, etc.: Initiate credit memos and billing adjustments as required.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of all customer service-related functions.
- Prepare and provide weekly customer bid pricing to sales department and customer base. This information is provided by email and by printed copies.
