Where you’ll work…
This position is based at our brand-new facility on W Lincoln Avenue in West Milwaukee—a key part of our expanding operations.
When you’ll work…
We are currently hiring an experienced Packaging Operator to join our 1st Shift team in West Milwaukee. Overtime is available!
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime on Saturday and Sunday. Schedules are subject to change based on production needs.
What you’ll do…
- Operate and monitor packaging line equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Perform changeovers, line set-up, and basic machine adjustments to meet production needs
- Inspect packaging materials and finished product for accuracy, quality, and proper labeling
- Keep up with production flow by manually loading materials (boxes, film, glue, etc.)
- Perform regular checks on weights, codes, seals, and packaging integrity
- Accurately complete all required production and quality documentation
- Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety protocols, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the packaging area during changeovers and end-of-shift
- Communicate line or equipment issues to maintenance or leadership promptly
