Our team of Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting our guests, processing payments, reporting claims, answering phone calls, and transferring clients to the appropriate department for further assistance. A successful candidate will be professional, friendly, and capable of handling a wide range of situations. The position requires an ability to handle a great deal of responsibility, so we are looking for individuals who are mature, responsible, and experienced enough to work without supervision.
