Paramount Senior Living at Chambersburg is now hiring a full-time Activities Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Activity Director is responsible to plan, organize, and implement a program of therapeutic activities designed to meet the social, emotional, educational and physical needs and interest of residents. They will direct the Activities Programs in accordance with current state and local standards as well as established policies and procedures. They will have the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English; position requires frequent bending, stooping, stretching and lifting; lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have experience conducting social/recreational programs in a personal care setting.
- Director level experience a plus.
