Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with setting up job site logistics, field coordination and project schedule.
- Assist in coordinating and managing the work of self-perform team and overseeing subcontractor work successfully and collaboratively.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communications with project team, client, architect, community and related stakeholders.
- Work with project team to maintain and update the project progress schedule.
- Coordinate and manage material and equipment deliveries to conform to work schedules.
- Ensure Pariseault's standards of safety and quality are adhered to by assertively monitoring and championing the safety and quality programs, processes, procedures and culture to project team and subcontractors.
- Notify subcontractors of deficiencies in work and track remediation efforts.
- Review installed work and products per project requirements and per manufacturer guidelines.
- Attend project and client meetings to coordinate and communicate project status and ensure budget, schedule and quality expectations are achieved.
- Complete daily job reports, site safety inspections, quality inspections and other required site documentation and reports.
- Ensure all licenses, certifications, SDS sheets and safety plans have been furnished and on site.
- Maintain and update on-site project records.
- Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with change order management.
- Manage punch list completion with Superintendent and project management team.
- Daily communicate with Superintendent on all job site activities, issues and progress.
