The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Managing project construction teams on multiple projects
- Assisting business development and estimating in developing new project and clients
- Participation in project interviews and presentations
- Managing client relations and providing exceptional service
- Developing bid package scopes of work
- Subcontract negotiations and awards
- Material procurement / submittal management
- Change order management
- Developing and updating of project schedules
- Project payment applications
- Preparing project financial projections, cash flows and monthly reports
- Reporting project status to management team
- Managing project close out
- Assisting the estimating department
- Pre-Construction Management
