Park Properties Management Company is a growing residential and commercial property management company with headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to assist the Marketing Managers, Property Managers, Regional Property Managers and the Senior Vice President in effectively overseeing the portfolio's marketing and leasing efforts. This position will be based in Charlottesville, Virginia (Central Virginia).
The Regional Marketing Manager job duties and responsibilities include:
- Work with Senior Vice President to establish and execute marketing plans for multi-family and commercial portfolio. Oversees the strategic development, assessment and management of marketing programs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the multi-family portfolio's marketing environment as well as available marketing technologies. A primary focus will be to develop a consistent process to evaluate, monitor and adjust ongoing programs.
- Primary contact, internally and externally, for all Marketing related issues
- Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with partners, co-workers, and general public.
- Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
Skills and experience
- This position requires at least 3 years of property management experience.
- Must have experience in developing and writing marketing plans.
- Requires working knowledge of internet marketing, social media, graphic design and production.
- Must be articulate and organized, with strong writing skills and have experience communicating and presenting ideas and marketing concepts to all levels of personnel.
- Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention
- Strong attention to detail ability to read reports and analyze data. Ability to keep track of a busy schedule and multi-projects through the course of the day. Must be able to read contracts and understand legal terms.
- Self-motivated - needs limited supervision; however, is able to communicate important details.
- Financially savvy able to understand complex financial situations and forecast performance. Ability to read and understand Key Performance Indicator reports and take action to improve performance.
Must have reliable personal transportation to inspect portfolio and to attend to company functions and job related matters. Ability to travel overnight as needed.
