• Partner closely with business leaders to understand challenges and design HR programs that drive results.
• Lead performance management initiatives, succession planning, and talent reviews to nurture and develop our workforce.

• Manage employee relations, including investigations and disciplinary processes, to maintain a respectful and fair work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• 6 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles with a strong understanding of business operations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and fairness.
• Skilled facilitator with experience leading group discussions and employee engagement initiatives.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• Salaried exempt range for this role is $88,000 minimum of the range - $146,400 maximum of range
• Participation in Annual Incentive Program
