Dietary Aide Key Duties
- Portioning and serving of food items
- Delivering of trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms
- Working on tray line. Working in the dish room and pot sink
- Sweeping and mopping. Disposal of trash and recyclables
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Dietary Aide Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English, follow directions, and complete tasks.
- Ability to interact positively with residents, families, clients, center staff, and the public.
- Ability to lift / carry a maximum of fifty pounds, push / pull a maximum of fifty pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
