Customer Service Representative - Downtown Los Angeles (Graveyard)

Parking Concepts, Inc. is looking for a flexible part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles.

Parking Concepts, Inc. has a proud history spanning over 40 years of providing high quality, progressive and innovative parking management services at hotels, hospitals, retail centers, commercial buildings, and special events.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Answering calls from customers to learn more about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.

    • Qualifications

    What we are looking for :

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
