Our growing Dental Service Organization is searching for a dynamic Controller! The ideal candidate will have a fantastic personality and the ability to oversee the accounting operations of our organization with precision.
This individual will have proven experience in various levels of accounting including but not limited to budgeting, reporting, risk management, compliance and maintenance of accounting records (including the organization and each of its subsidiaries). Must have prior management experience.
The ideal candidate will not only have experience in bookkeeping and Quickbooks Pro, but will possess strong numerical proficiency, problem-solving skills and leadership skills. (S)he will work hand-in-hand with our Director of Finance.
Other duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Maintenance of accounting policies and procedures
- Implementation of systems to minimize risk
- Benchmark recommendations
- Financial Analyzing
- Quarterly and Annual reporting
- Compliance with local, state and federal government requirements
