$70,000 - $90,000 per year plus company yearly bonus and vehicle allowance.

Location: The Tampa Bay Area (St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa)

Partners Development & Construction Group is seeking a superintendent with a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience, of which 2 as an on site Superintendent. Current knowledge of local municipal regulations, inspections, and permitting in the Tampa Bay area is required. Superintendents will work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all sub-contractors and vendors for each project. You will work closely with interior designers and architects to ensure that the projects they design are built according to their plans. The candidate will professionally represent all field operations as the primary interface with owner and design team.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management or Relevant Years of Experience
• Experience as a local residential or condo construction / renovation superintendent, preferably within Partners' core market projects (in and around Tampa Bay, etc)
• Proficient computer skills in ProCore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management and scheduling software: MSProject,ProCore
• Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Effective participation in a team environment
• A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude

Responsibilities:

NOTE*** All potential candidates must have Commercial construction experience, as well as GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE.

• Create construction schedules, perform regular updates
• Coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with neighboring tenants/occupant
• Read RFI's, Submit and Handle all RFI process to client, architect and all parties involved with the team.
• Negotiate with authorities having jurisdiction to achieve project occupancy milestones
• Lead Partners' injury-free environment safety program for their respective project(s)
• Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource-loading in conjunction with Partners self-perform work crews
• Oversee, manage, and mentor any assigned assistant superintendents
