We're proud to be partnering with a respected General Contractor headquartered in Bradenton, known for delivering high-quality multifamily and government projects throughout Tampa, Sarasota and Bradenton for over 30 years. As they enter an exciting growth phase, including major expansion into Orlando and Naples, we’re helping to build out their senior site leadership team.
With three new multifamily developments breaking ground in the next 90 days, momentum is strong and there's a real opportunity to join at a pivotal time and take ownership of key site operations.
As Superintendent, you’ll be the lead on-site authority for multifamily builds across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. This is a chance to work with a GC that combines local legacy with ambitious growth, offering long-term job security, a supportive project team, and high-caliber construction standards.
We’re looking for a Superintendent with solid experience overseeing multifamily construction projects from site prep to punch-out. You’ll need strong leadership on the ground, the ability to coordinate subcontractors effectively, and the discipline to maintain quality, safety, schedule, and budget controls.
