We’re excited to partner with a long-standing General Contractor based in Bradenton, renowned for delivering high-quality multifamily and government builds across Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton for well over three decades. And now entering an exciting growth phase, including big expansion into Orlando & Naples we are building a new senior project team.
With 3 new multifamily developments awarded and scheduled to break ground within the next 3 months there is real momentum building and an opportunity to play a lead role during such a positive period for this GC.
As a Project Manager this role offers an immediate leadership opportunity on multifamily projects, with a secured long-term pipeline across Sarasota and Manatee counties. You’ll be joining a growth-focused GC with a strong reputation and local legacy. In return, they offer competitive compensation, a vehicle allowance, and a full comprehensive benefits package.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience managing multifamily construction projects from the ground up through to close-out. You should bring strong on-site leadership, excellent coordination skills with subcontractors, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships effectively.
