What You'll Do :
- Lead estimation efforts for complex concrete projects, analyzing project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Accurately estimate costs for concrete materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid submissions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate project scopes and timelines.
- Review and assess project risks, recommending cost-effective solutions to mitigate potential issues.
