Position Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing guidance and development for program personnel.
- Plan, develop, and conduct health outreach and education programs for various demographics.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate emerging populations.
- Coordinate with local agencies to implement health programs and services.
- Represent the organization in local and state-wide meetings and trainings.
- Link community members to appropriate health and social services.
- Maintain detailed client records and write quarterly and annual reports.
- Assist in writing and submitting required reports to funders and stakeholders.
- Facilitate community engagement services and programs to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health or related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledgeable about community mental health resources and services.
- Experience in public speaking and the ability to engage and educate audiences.
- Prior experience in community outreach, referral, and linkage to services.
- Experience in public health messaging and health promotion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva.

- Assist with other duties as assigned, which may include weekends or evenings.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, and be self-motivated.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work throughout Orange County.
