PASCO is seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support a 21-year-old female client in Fort Collins living with a metabolic disorder. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide 1:1 care in a private duty nursing setting with an established care team.
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Pay: LPN: $28-$34 per hour; RN $34-$42 per hour
Shifts Available:
Day Shift Openings
Night Shift Openings
Up to 140 hours per week approved

Client Overview:
Age: 21-year-old female
Primary Diagnosis: Metabolic disorder
Requires maximum support with all ADLs
Utilizes non-invasive ventilator, oxygen, and G/J tube for nutrition and medication
You will join an existing care team alongside dedicated nurses Denise Gross and Ian Haines.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in the client’s home
Monitor respiratory and nutritional needs (non-invasive vent, oxygen, G/J tube)
Provide compassionate support with all ADLs
Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure consistent and safe care
Document care accurately in accordance with PASCO protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Current Colorado RN or LPN license (required)
Current CPR certification (required)
Experience with complex care, trach/vent, or enteral feeding (preferred but not required)
