We're seeking a Scheduling Coordinator responsible for creating and updating daily schedules for all clients.
Position: Scheduling Coordinator
Location: In-Person, Malibu, California
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Creates daily schedules for all residents.
- Collaborates with the treatment team to create the best structure for residents.
- Works with the administrator and program director on therapist schedules.
- Adjusts schedules with needed changes and communicates changes to clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Drivers License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (at the sole discretion of the company) required.
- Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
