Job Overview:
As a boutique employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the store you are scheduled for is clean, organized, and well-stocked. You will work as part of a team to create a welcoming environment for customers and provide assistance with product selection and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with product selection and sales
- Process customer transactions using the cash register and other payment methods
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the store and be able to answer customer questions
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays, and ensure that the store is organized and well-maintained
- Follow all safety and security procedures when handling cash and merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, including resolving customer complaints and issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of basic math and ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
