Job Description We are looking for a fast-paced individual who loves interacting with customers and selling the best moonshine Grand Rivers has to offer. We start out at a competitive wage of $13.00/hr and based upon applicable experience have the opportunity for a higher starting wage. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the liquor store is clean, organized, well stocked, and provide tastings of our Calvin Swines Moonshine to customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with product selection and sales
Process customer transactions using the cash register and other payment methods
Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the store and be able to answer customer questions
Restock merchandise on shelves and displays, and ensure that the store is organized and well-maintained
Follow all safety and security procedures when handling cash and merchandise
Provide exceptional customer service at all times, including resolving customer complaints and issues
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales preferred
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
Knowledge of basic math and ability to handle cash transactions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Will need to obtain a certification through Serv Safe
