The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects and ensuring growth and development of the reconstruction business for the local office.  The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for a successful completion of the project on time and within budget.  
 
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
 
  • Participate in job reviews and monitoring of pipeline movement. 
  • Establish and adhere to project schedules.
  • Visit job sites throughout the life cycle of the job.
  • Develop and maintain a well-qualified pool of sub-contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure all work by the Sub Contractors and Paul Davis employees is done following company safety procedures and professional standards. 
  • Assist the Foreman with labor on jobs as needed. 
  • Collect all necessary documentation at the close of the job.
  •  Follow-up with the customer to ensure timely payments and billing collections. 
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, as determined by completed satisfaction surveys.
  • Responsible for being the first contact with on call. 
  • Responsibility for adhering to the PDO Health & Safety Program.
  • Participate in local company efforts to be the “expert” in the industry.
  • Maintain contact/relationships with key customers
  • Seek alliances to improve performance. 
  • Support staff in key client situations and events.
  • Meet or exceed compliance to Carrier Program Service Level Agreements.
  • Meet or exceed property owner expectations for communication and service.
  • Meet and maintain Net Promoter Score minimum monthly average of 60.
  • Close the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hours.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of our main operating systems; RMS and Xactimate

  • Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems
  • Ability to create documents 
  • Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face  
  • Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, phone system, computers)

  • Ability to work in a team environment and develop staff 
  • Ability to coordinate multiple jobs within the same time frame 
  • Ability to operate our main operating systems
  • Ability to pass maintain a motor vehicle record check

  • Maintain a level of confidentiality 
Required Education and Experience 
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience 
  • Two plus years’ experience in restoration or construction as a Project Supervisor, Lead, Foreman  
Preferred Education and Experience
 
  • Industry certifications (IICRC and Lead) 
  • Experience as a Construction Supervisor or Project Manager
