Your Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging Machine Expertise: Ensure packaging machines run at optimum speed and quality levels. Assist operators with troubleshooting, continuously seeking ways to enhance line performance and maintain machine uptime.
- Equipment Monitoring: Observe equipment closely, making mechanical adjustments to align parts and maintain symmetry and performance.
- Parts Inventory Management: Develop and maintain a parts organization system, ensuring all employees, including supervisors, operators, and mechanics, adhere to it.
- CMMS Adherence: Utilize our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping and tracking.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow GMPs, SOPs, Lock Out Tag Out, and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Problem Solver: Apply your mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair issues efficiently, evaluate equipment performance, and develop plans to optimize functionality.
- Self-Starter: Work independently with minimal oversight, taking initiative to assess and improve equipment conditions.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the management team to communicate equipment status and improvement plans.
What We're Looking For:
- Physical Capability: Ability to talk, hear, see, use manual dexterity, stoop, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Flexibility: Available to work overtime as needed.
- Reliability: Maintain an excellent attendance record and have reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- Wages: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
