Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Mastery: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including unplanned/emergency repairs, on a variety of coffee production equipment, including coffee roasters, thermocouples, gas burners, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, industrial coffee grinders, air compressors, pneumatic valves, and gates.
- Safety First: Monitor and check safety devices on all equipment, ensuring immediate repair of any issues.
- Solid Electrical Foundation: Read and understand electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair/replace electrically operated components such as motors, safety devices, and other electrical controls.
- Problem Solver: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair issues efficiently, evaluating equipment performance and devising plans to optimize functionality.
- Self-Starter: Work independently with minimal oversight, taking initiative to assess and improve equipment conditions.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the management team to communicate equipment status and improvement plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to GMPs, SOPs, Lock Out Tag Out, and OSHA regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Physical Capability: Ability to talk, hear, see, manual dexterity, stoop, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Flexibility: Available to work overtime as needed.
- Reliability: Maintain an excellent attendance record and have reliable transportation
