As a Graphic Designer, you create strong, creative, effective graphic design for Paycom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce full storyboards for e-learning content from scratch
- Create illustration for various e-learning formats (live-actor, animation, blog, article, or interactive)
- Work collaboratively with writers, instructors, actors and video production specialists
- Champion the design of e-learning content and its resources
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and partners
- Advocate for the storyboard during all phases of the process; pre-production, production and post-production
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in design, art or other related field or equivalent years of experience in graphic design.
Experience:
- Proficient in Adobe design software
- Proficient in Illustration
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 2 years graphic design experience
- Illustration or sketch-art experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software
- Experience designing for audio/visual formats
- Experience designing for e-learning or training
- Experience designing for animation or promotional material
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong design and problem-solving skills
