We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join the team!
You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging promotional assets to promote the company’s brand and portfolio through different social media platforms, owned and paid channels, and the website/app
- Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences
- Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials
- Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data
- Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces
- Provide technical support for design and video-related efforts
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
Qualifications

Education
- Bachelors in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields
Required Experience
- 4 years experience in graphic design
- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through design assets
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite
Plus Experience
- Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
- Experience in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience in Jira Management System is a plus
Skills
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Experience with developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital platforms
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- High sense of urgency and owner mindset
