Key Components of the role will include:
- Proficiency in using sales tools and Marriott CI/TY systems
- Proactive Sales: Seek out and secure large group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations that foster loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Event Management to ensure seamless execution of events that exceed client expectations.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, economic trends, and market demand to strategically position our hotel against competitors.
