Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Supply Chain Optimization Specialist with deep expertise in operations research, mathematical modeling, and hands-on experience using solvers such as Gurobi and IBM ILOG CPLEX or Xpress. This role is central to designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced optimization models to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across planning, sourcing, production, inventory, and logistics.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in supply chain optimization or operations research roles.
- Strong knowledge of optimization techniques: LP, MILP, MIP, CP.
- Proven hands-on experience with Gurobi, IBM ILOG CPLEX, or IBM Xpress (experience with more than one is a plus).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages for model development and integration.
- Familiarity with supply chain systems (ERP, APS, TMS, WMS) and data tools (SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
