Workfront Specialist

Peak Performers has partnered with a global pharmaceutical company to assist in their search for a Workfront Specialist . In this position, you will be responsible for leveraging the Workfront platform to enhance project management and workflow efficiency across the organization.

Major duties

• Define, implement, and refine intake process for consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure all incoming requests are logged accurately in Workfront and verify that request submissions meet required criteria including necessary information.
• Address issues related to project scope, requirements, or Workfront system functionality.
• Act as point of contact for troubleshooting.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize requests based on business needs, timelines, and resource availability.
• Act as a liaison between requestors and project teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and expectations.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review project scope, deadlines, and priorities.
• Generate and maintain reports to track the status of requests and agreed upon reporting.
• Maintain documentation for audit purposes and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure requests flow smoothly through approval and assignment stages within Workfront.
• Identify efficiencies in the intake process and proposed solutions to improve workflow and turnaround time.
• Provide guidance to teams and requestors on using Workfront and adhering to intake process.
• Train new users or departments on best practices for intake and workflow management.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront configuration and administration.
• Proven experience in change management, process improvement, and automation strategies.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adobe Workfront certification or completed trainings preferred.
• Familiarity with integrations between Workfront and other marketing or productivity tools preferred. ( Fusion, Veeva, AEM, etc.)
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or marketing industries preferred.

• Rate: $70.00/hour
• W2 Contract
• Worksite Location: Waltham, MA Preferred
• Hybrid but remote will be considered
