How You Can Join Us
The Network Field Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking and communication systems, including satellite communication systems, Cisco routers and switches, and tactical communication equipment. The role requires technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and scheduling, track progress, and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
- Oversee inventory, coordinate shipments, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Manage daily office operations, including supply maintenance, equipment, and scheduling support for team activities.
- Handle procurement and perform monthly invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and record-keeping for project billing.
- Monitor and report on work in progress (WIP) to ensure projects stay on schedule and identify any potential delays or issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in project coordination, office management, procurement, and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of procurement and invoicing software or ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements

- Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods, climb a ladder, and lift up to 25 pounds.
