We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking an individual that exhibits remarkable customer-service and communication with our residents, vendors and fellow team members. Display a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do" and team player mindset.
General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; maintenance shop organization; and emergency on call work orders. Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure. Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with shared on-call responsibility and some weekend requirements. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have one year of prior apartment maintenance experience.
