Responsibilities
Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance. The individual will assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget process and take part in the development and production of all monthly operational reporting. This position will be a key liaison with the region, corporate departments, the accounting staff and senior management.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Company’s annual budget process
- Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget process
- Develop and produce all monthly financial reports
Assist in the monthly close process – reviewing P&Ls, reclasses, accruals and variance analysis
Assist market directors in building proformas and compensation model
- Build key supporting reports for the regions and corporate departments
- Assist in the production and development of senior management reporting package
- Work closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly closing process
- Assist in the development of the quarterly forecasts and staffing model updates
- Liaison with many areas of the Company to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience:
- 5 years experience of financial analysis and budgeting – accounting related experience is preferred
- 2-4 years of solid supervisory experience
- Experience with a budgeting and accounting system- Oracle software experience is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
Experience Industry: Healthcare
- Healthcare experience is preferred
