Summary:
AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Administrator in managing day-to-day operations through adherence to residents’ rights, government regulations, policies and emergency guidelines and procedures. You will perform assigned clerical duties needed to effectively and efficiently manager the daily operations and oversee basic facility operations in the absence of the Administrator.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Personal Care Home experience preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
