- Current Pennsylvania Certified Surgical Technologist license required
- Associates Degree in Surgical Technology
- Three years current perioperative services experience required
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within six months
- ACLS certification within 12 months of start date in position/department
- Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director; Progressive and successful work history
