- 3 years experience working with children and/or families
- Valid Driver's license and car insurance
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI Criminal Background Check through the Department of Human Services
Description
Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a full time Family Based Program Director for our Children's Services clinic.
In this position:
- You work alongside the Clinical Consultant to provide leadership to the entire Family Based program
- Your weekly duties would include conducting weekly group supervision with the Family Based Teams
- Review all written treatment plans and treatment plan updates
- Attend interagency meetings and treatment plan sessions
- Supervising the administrative responsibilities related to the Family Based program in your clinic
- Participate in interviews for new therapists
- Provide feedback and evaluate employees
- Maintain the day to day administrative operations of the program
Applicants should have a strong organization sense, the ability to think on their feet and overall good communication skills. EOE.

$36,000 - $40,000 based on experience and degree
