Job Title: Loan Servicing Coordinator
Location: Harrisburg, PA (PHFA Headquarters)
Overview:
The Loan Servicing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our mortgage servicing team by handling key administrative tasks. This position ensures smooth operations within the servicing unit through efficient management of various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and mailing.
- Log and scan documents received from the Trustee and notify relevant staff.
- Handles unsubscribe requests from borrowers for email communications.
- Assist with vendor setup and maintenance processes.
- Scan and process daily check deposits.
- Maintain and update division staff and training lists.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. College degree, or 3 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of loan servicing is a huge plus.
Other Requirements:
- All candidates must have at least one (1) vaccine against Covid-19.
- Must be a resident of Pennsylvania. Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder.
Work Environment:
- Initially required to be in-office 3-4 days a week at PHFA’s Harrisburg Headquarters, with potential for more remote work as proficiency in the role increases.
