Loan Servicing Coordinator

Job Description Regularly works on tasks that are varied and complex. Applies full range of specialized skills and job knowledge; frequently adapts procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet specialized needs; may serve as lead; performs broad and/or focused assignments under general supervision; originality and ingenuity are often required to help establish procedures in functional area; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks. Process vendor setup and maintenance. Scan daily check deposits. Monitor assigned general email boxes and distribute emails to the appropriate team. Assist director and team managers with updates to the internal policies and procedures manual. Assist director and team manager with the creation of training materials. Receive, sort, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Research returned mail and forward to appropriate team. Provide administrative services to division staff including but not limited to data entry, filing, copying, scanning and mailing. Process the UPS mail and certified mail as needed. Receive documents from the Trustee, log the receipt in the system, scan, and notify appropriate staff. Order office and break room supplies. Unsubscribe borrowers from email blasts upon their request. Maintain the division staff listing on a monthly basis. Maintain division training list on a monthly basis. Assist with conference and training registrations and tracking.
