Our clients include school districts, cities, counties, hospital districts, appraisal districts and other governmental entities. Perdue Brandon continues to grow and currently has 15 primary offices in Texas and multiple satellite locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida servicing clients in nine states.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of Firm management, the Director of Client Services assists with the development of new marketing strategies for our expanding collections business. This role partners with law firm management to provide marketing and client relations services to new and existing clients. This includes marketing of new clients, maintaining client relationships, monitoring of client collection program, handling of questions and concerns by the client, providing reports to client, scheduling meetings and other duties that pertain to the client collection contracts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinates an effective marketing strategy for new clients.
  • Learns about clients, current and potential, through research, relationships and contacts.
  • Facilitates contact between clients, Attorneys and firm staff members.
  • Has excellent follow-up skills to ensure that clients' needs are being met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provides reports to clients, maintaining marketing & client spreadsheets for the firm.
  • Assists with implementation of new clients and monitoring of client's program.
  • Schedules meetings, visits, luncheons, events for new and current clients.
  • Drives on behalf of the firm including attending conferences to market our services and entertain clients.
  • Regular daily travel and occasional overnight travel.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S) AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school or equivalent required.
  • College courses or working towards a degree a plus.
  • Municipal Court Clerk experience preferred.
  • Court Administrator experience a plus.
  • Tax Office experience a plus.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • General knowledge of court fines & fees, court collection or tax office practices.
  • Experience in the development of relationships through business and social settings.
  • Ability to work with City and County government officials and staff.
  • Research and maintain up-to-date information regarding business competitors in the collection industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office suite including Excel spreadsheets.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Office Environment. Occasionally required to stand or walk and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Employee works in an office environment. Employee sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours; answers and makes telephone calls using a standard telephone; types on a standard keyboard; reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resources
