Phlebotomist Position Details
- Performs reception duties, registering patients and lab samples
- Performs waived testing and collects, labels, and delivers a variety of laboratory specimens from patients for use in diagnosis and treatment
- Collects urine samples for drug testing following chain of custody collection procedures
- Assists lab personnel by answering phone, faxing results, and stocking draw supplies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy program
- Part-time float position; 40 hours per bi-weekly pay period
- Mondays 7am-5:30pm, plus additional hours to accommodate FTE
