Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details
- Provides each resident with routine daily nursing care, including administering medications and performing treatments and procedures, and other desired services, in accordance with the resident's assessment, choices and care plan.
- Works closely with the RN Clinical Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to manage the day-to-day functions.
What You Offer
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
- Be proficient in the use of electronic medical records systems.
- Committed to resident centered care.
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing, maintain positive working relationships with patients and their families, peers, and other health care professionals.
- Ability to pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Compensation
- Registered Nurse: $39.90-$55.00 DOE
- Licensed Practical Nurse: $25.75-$35.50 DOE
