SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a Server, you will play an important role in providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your friendly and attentive demeanor will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
As a Server, you will play an important role in providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your friendly and attentive demeanor will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction
- Greets guests promptly, assists with menu selection and makes recommendations when necessary
- Accurately takes and places orders, delivering them promptly once prepared
- Addresses guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management as needed
- Maintains cleanliness of tables, dining area, and pantry during shift
- Completes all side work as assigned
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
