We are currently hiring for Bus Person.
JOB PURPOSE:
Clears, cleans, and resets tables and booths. Maintains cleanliness of guest environment, plus cleans and stocks wares in pantry, according to company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
DUTIES:
- Reports to work well-groomed, in CLEAN and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
- Clears, cleans, and resets tables, booths and floors around table area.
- Stocks the pantry and water station.
- Continually follows clean up procedures for dining room, restrooms, lobby, pantry, and exterior of restaurant.
- Properly uses chemicals, including cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Prebusses tables as needed.
- Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Communicates with MOD and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc.
