Pay: $14.00 minimum and can increase based on experience.
Education
Required: Ability to read and write.
Preferred: High School graduate or G.E.D.
Technical Skills:
Required: Knowledge of cooking procedures, especially following recipes by measuring ingredients and following instructions. Maintenance and operation of kitchen equipment. Knowledge and practice of food service related records, forms and inventories. Cash handling best practices.
Preferred: Knowledge of therapeutic diets, age specific dietary needs and HIPPA requirements.
Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification:
ServSafe or HACCP certification current
Preferred Experience:
At least 1 year experience working in restaurants, hospitals or institutional kitchens or customer service oriented business.
