Job Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and creativity
- Provide friendly, engaging customer service that enhances the guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Operate Toast POS efficiently to process orders, payments, and manage tabs
- Stay knowledgeable about Pez Vela’s cocktail, wine, and food menus to make recommendations
- Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
- Follow all responsible alcohol service laws and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bartending experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!
✔ Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
✔ Flexible availability – nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
✔ Experience with Toast POS is a plus!
✔ A passion for mixology and delivering top-notch guest experiences
