Job Requirements

Phenom People is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Ambler, PA.


The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for helping customers succeed.


What You'll Do


• Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting

• Build relationships with prospects and close deals

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals

• Track and report on sales activity and performance

• Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market trends

• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape

• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute campaigns

• Participate in trade shows and other events


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

• 3 years of sales experience

• Proven track record of success in sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in CRM software

• Knowledge of the sales process and best practices
