Job Description
Phillips Academy seeks a full-time Staff Assistant for the 7:30 am to 4:00pm shift in the Office of the Physical Plant. The staff assistant will report to the Senior Manager for Operations and Maintenance and will oversee the OPP Help Desk operations. Candidate must have good communications skills, both written and verbal and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Overtime is required. When emergencies and/or extreme weather conditions occur, the functions of this job may be deemed essential and the employee must report to work and/or remain on duty during their regularly scheduled work hours or the work hours designated by their supervisor. Supervisor will inform the employee when the functions are essential.
Valid driver’s license and full background check required.
